KINGSTON, Ont. — The Delta Kingston Waterfront Hotel, has opened in Kingston, Ont., as the city’s first four-star full-service hotel.

The repositioned hotel underwent a $10-million renovation and now features a redesign of the hotel’s 126 guestrooms and suites; a redesigned lobby; an open space business area featuring a series of interactive work hubs; and lounge areas as well as 5,000 sq. ft. of newly revamped meeting and conference space. And, the onsite restaurant, AquaTerra by Clark, was also renovated to include multi-functional and flexible spaces with panoramic waterfront views.

“We are excited to bring Delta’s four-star upscale hotel experience to one of the best locations in Kingston,” said Ken Greene, president and CEO, Delta Hotels and Resorts. “The property’s prime waterfront and downtown location is what sets it apart from the competition, and the renovation has repositioned the hotel as a product leader in the local marketplace.”

The hotel is Delta’s ninth property in Ontario, with new hotels also scheduled to open in Waterloo, Thunder Bay and Toronto. Delta Hotels and Resorts has 39 properties across Canada.
