MONTREAL — Four Seasons Hôtel Montréal, in partnership with Moet & Chandon, opened Mistral on July 1.

Designed by Madame Bombance, Mistral is an all-new terrace inspired by the coastal ambiance of the south of France where guests are treated to the best view in the city. Curated by chef Hugo Belanger, the menu features the region’s beloved summer favourites: fresh ceviche with yuzu, oysters and panzanella with heirloom tomatoes and feta.

The cocktail menu, developed by award-winning head mixologist, Jonathan Homier, highlights the ‘Pinky Promise’ with flavours of lemon, honey and citrus. In addition, guests can enjoy the vast selection of Monet and Chandon featured on the menu.

“We’re excited for all our guests, locals and travellers, alike, to experience another elevated culinary experience that encompasses the world of Four Seasons,” says David Wilkie, general manager. “Mistral, referencing the Mediterranean winds, allows guests to drift away to the coast of Provence by way of delicious drinks and fresh fare while dining al fresco in the heart of the city.”

Four Seasons Hôtel Montréal continues to ensure that the health and safety of all guests and employees remain top priority. Grounded in the principles of care, trust and service, Four Seasons has introduced an enhanced global health and safety program, Lead With Care, which ensures a safe and enjoyable stay for all.
