VANCOUVER — Robert Guy Leoppky, a former Atlific Hotels VP of Western Canada passed away Monday, following a battle with cancer. He was in his 60th year.
Leoppky began his hospitality career in 1972 working in various management positions in Calgary; Saint John, N.B.; St. John’s, N.L.; and Vancouver. He served at Atlific Hotels for more than 40 years.
Leoppky was a passionate supporter of the B.C. Cancer Foundation, since his 2010 diagnosis. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Ride to Conquer Cancer in Robert’s honour. Due to family request, there will be no service.
