VANCOUVER — Fairmont Waterfront has launched a new wellness program.

Throughout June, July and August, poolside yoga and meditation sessions will offer a serene start to Fridays, led by wellness expert Tianne Allan.

Those seeking a deeper experience can partake in Soothe & Savour, a blend of mindful movement and culinary delight for hotel and non-hotel guests alike. Attendees can expect a restorative yoga session alongside a sound bath, followed by a bottomless brunch.

The hotel also introduces Board & Brunch for the first time, a paddle boarding experience through Vancouver’s English Bay, guided by Fairmont Waterfront’s Chief Paddle Officer Tobias Clare.

In the cooler months, the hotel is debuting its Polar Plunge experience. Led by its Chill Experience Officer Jodi Francks, guests will take a guided cold dip at Third Beach in Stanley Park, followed by hot tea, warm towels and a hot toddy back at the hotel, rounded out by bottomless brunch and access to the Health Club.

Year-round wellness offerings for ALL members will continue to include the opportunity to borrow complimentary fitness wear — including shoes — through the Fairmont Fit program, a bi-weekly guided run along Vancouver’s seawall every Tuesday and Thursday mornings, and use of the rooftop pool. Complimentary cruiser bikes are also available free of charge.
