VICTORIA — Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has appointed Dan McGowan as the new general manager of the Fairmont Empress in Victoria, B.C.
Prior to McGowan’s appointment at Fairmont Empress, he was GM of Fairmont San Jose. In total, McGowan brings more than 25 years of experience working within the brand. Now, he will lead operations, performance and strategic direction at Fairmont Empress.
