OTTAWA — The Fairmont Château Laurier in Ottawa has been sold to The Capital Hotel Limited Partnership, an affiliate of Vancouver’s Larco Investments.
According to the news reports, the new owners are not planning on making major changes to the hotel except for a potential refurbish over time.
The hotel was up for sale since July.
