WINNIPEG — Douglas Wells has resigned as EVP of the real-estate investment company Temple Hotels, effective Aug. 15.
This follows his resignation as chief investment officer of the Winnipeg-based Shelter Canadian Properties Limited, which offers services to property owners, investors, apartment residents and commercial tenants.
“The services of Mr. Wells as executive vice-president were provided pursuant to the asset management agreement entered into between Temple and Shelter,” reads a statement from Temple Hotels that thanked Wells for his service.
Wells will remain director of Temple.
