HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — A new Element hotel is set to open in the Westin Huntsville, Ala. on April 4. The Element Huntsville will occupy floors seven through 11 of the existing hotel as a separate extended-stay hotel managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts.

The new construction of the Element Huntsville includes the build-out of 150 rooms, including 68 suites, all with full kitchens. Once open, the hotel will offer Element’s signature Rise: Breakfast bar, Relax: Evening reception — held nightly with wines, beers and soft drinks paired with appetizers — and Restore: Gourmet pantry.

“Westin is already such a high-profile brand,” says Mark Nelson, general manager of the Westin Huntsville. “By bringing Element to the top floors of the hotel complex, we will attract even more prominent guests while providing a high-class experience for all of our guests.”

This hotel represents the first dual-branded property to feature both Westin and Element by Westin brands. The first floor of the hotel building will have one entrance for Westin guests and separate entrance, lobby, check-in desk and elevators exclusively for Element guests.
