MONTREAL — The Delta Trois-Rivières Hotel & Conference Centre has new owners. Colliers International Hotels reported the sale of the Quebec-based property by InnVest REIT to a local private investment company.
The $10-million deal included the 159-room Delta Trois-Rivières Hotel & Conference Centre, La Sittelle Retirement Residences, as well as the Place du Marché Retail Plaza, which features 27,206 sq. ft. of leasable space.
The Delta is located 90 minutes from Montreal and 70 minutes from Quebec City and includes an on-site restaurant, pool, fitness centre, 13 meeting rooms and spa.
