THUNDER BAY, Ont. — Delta Hotels by Marriott Thunder Bay has opened its doors.
The 149-room hotel was designed by MacKay Wong and offers floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city’s entertainment district and Lake Superior. Guestrooms and suites boast pillowtop mattresses, oversized chairs with work desks, complimentary high-speed wireless Internet and 49-inch Smart TVs.
The hotel’s 140-seat onsite restaurant, Anchor and Ore, is run by chef Winni Tsang and features an expansive outdoor terrace with waterfront views.
The property also boasts more than 6,500 sq. ft. of flexible event and meeting space.
