TORONTO — Days Inns – Canada has announced a strategic agreement with Signature Canada to provide sales and service training to every new Days Inn franchise.

“Through a series of on-site training sessions and reinforcement coaching, Days Inn properties will be exposed to a turnkey system designed for their front line employees,” said Irwin Prince, president and COO, Realstar Hospitality. “We view training as an integral investment in success. Working with Signature Canada will not only help our hotels foster a higher level of employee engagement, but advance sales, guest service skills and guest satisfaction.”

Signature Canada’s training focuses on exceeding guests’ expectations and closing business that will boost revenue streams. “Over the years we have established a solid relationship with Canada’s distinguished hoteliers and we’re thrilled to enter into this agreement with Days Inns – Canada,” said Francis Prézeau, president and managing director, Signature Canada. “We’re confident our training program will help employees change behaviours, resulting in improved conversion rates, RevPAR and increased guest satisfaction.”
