TORONTO — Days Inns Canada has re-launched its website with a new design and expanded functionality that is intended to drive more direct bookings.

“Enhancing our website is an important step in attracting the busy modern guest,” said Melissa Kenney, senior director, Marketing, Realstar Hospitality. “Booking direct is ultimately the most cost-effective reservation method for guests while also bringing the highest return to our franchisees — plus it’s the only way for our guests to earn valuable Wyndham Rewards points.” She added: “We are thrilled with our new site and look forward to attracting new guests and driving incremental reservations.”

The refreshed website features TripAdvisor guest reviews, turn-by-turn driving directions and hotel packages with online rate guarantees, no-hassle reservations and potential for guests to earn Wyndham Rewards points.

Meanwhile, the company has also launched a new Facebook page, with Canadian-specific travel information, discounts and contests.
