BURLINGTON, Ont. — The Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in Burlington Ont. has received the Golden Circle Award from The Marriott Select Global Brand Management Team. Gold status is designated for hotels scoring in the top 10 per cent.

A Recognition Certificate from Ontario Premier Doug Ford extended appreciation to Vismeg for his years of hospitality service. “Your record in hotel management helped to lay the groundwork for the 2019 opening of the Courtyard by Marriott-Burlington,” reads the letter. “It also helped bring many honours to the Burlington Marriott, including a 2021 MSB Gold Circle Award and TripAdvisor’s Travellers’ Choice 2022.”
