TORONTO — Colliers has announced new changes to its Toronto Brokerage leadership team, with Robert Frost taking leadership of the Toronto West office while Jonathan Olynick has been appointed to managing director, downtown Toronto, both effective Jan. 1, 2025.

Peter Garrigan, executive managing director, GTA and Bobby MacDonald, managing director, Southwestern Ontario will remain in their roles. The position of managing director, Toronto North will be announced soon.

Frost began his commercial real-estate career at Colliers in 2005 as a Sales representative before advancing his career in progressive leadership roles at GWL Realty Advisors and Prologis. He returned to the firm in 2021 as senior managing director and leads the National Multi-Family Practice Group across the country.

Olynick joined Colliers earlier this year as the VP, Sales representative in the downtown Toronto office. For more than 20 years, Olynick has held senior leadership roles in investments, asset management and leasing.
