ROCKVILLE, Md. — Choice Hotels International, Inc. has completed its acquisition of the brand and franchise business of WoodSpring Suites from WoodSpring Hotels LLC.
The $231-million acquisition, which was announced in December, adds approximately 240 extended-stay hotels to the Choice Hotels portfolio — creating an extended-stay portfolio of more than 350.
