TORONTO — Paul Morassutti, a 30-year Canadian commercial real-estate veteran, has been appointed Chairman of CBRE Canada.
Morassutti will continue to support CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services professionals and help them execute a new growth strategy while expanding his national client focus. He will drive CBRE’s Market Outlook Breakfast Series, support additional thought leadership and increase his involvement with the company’s Client Care Team, with a specific focus on ESG programs. He will also expand CBRE’s litigation practice nationally.
Effective January 1, 2023, CBRE Canada Valuation & Advisory Services will be led by Adam Hannah with a senior-management team consisting of Angela Taylor, Chris Marlyn and Aaron Harlang.
