TORONTO — The Broadview Hotel’s Café + Bar has introduced a new French-inspired menu featuring a variety of breakfast, lunch and snack options.

Led by executive chef Richard Singh — a Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef who’s worked in Chicago, Copenhagen, England and New York — the menu offers five starters and seven entrées, accompanied by a selection of red, white and sparkling wines.

“Café + Bar’s iconic old-meets-new space makes it a perfect match for casual, classic French fare,” says Singh. “The updated menu will enhance what Café + Bar provides to our community as a meeting place.”

The new menu includes starters such as French onion soup with gruyère and croquettes and entrées such as steak frites and a Niçoise salad. The breakfast menu includes brioche French toast; avocado toast with braised peppers and bomba; and a French omelette.
