GRAND CANYON, Ariz. — Best Western Grand Canyon Squire Inn in Arizona has earned Best Western Premier status, a nod to its upgraded amenities and comfort.

“Our team has worked hard to provide a hotel experience eligible for the Best Western Premier designation,” said Greg Bryan, GM of the Best Western Premiere Grand Canyon Squire Inn. “We offer the great service and value Best Western is known for, with a truly upscale experience at the incomparable Grand Canyon.”

“No two Best Western hotels are alike, so these new descriptors will help our guests choose the right hotel for their needs from among the brand’s 2,200 North American properties,” said David Kong, president and CEO, Best Western International. “Hotels that earn the Premier descriptor typically have a three-plus Diamond rating from AAA and have a distinct and memorable style, often influenced by their local region.”

Best Western implemented a descriptor plan in February that divides its hotels into three distinct segments, including Best Western, Best Western Plus and Best Western Premier.
