CALGARY — Bellstar Hotels & Resorts has announced the official opening of the Three Peaks Conference Centre & Aurora Theatre at the all-suites Solara Resort & Spa in Canmore, Alta.
“Guests will be delighted by this modern facility — the first of its kind in Canmore — and the luxurious accommodations at Solara Resort & Spa,” said Ed Romanowski, president and CEO of Bellstar Hotels & Resorts.
The announcement follows the soft opening of the recently completed 5,000-square-foot multi-use conference centre, which includes the Solara Conference Room that has built-in projection screens and can separate into two smaller rooms (Bow and Chinook). Meanwhile, the 100-guest Aurora Theatre features a full-size (24ft x 13ft) projection screen and retractable seating for versatility.
Amenities at the 38,000-square-foot resort include hot pools and a family play area. The fitness centre and health spa, operated by One Wellness, will launch in the fall, although interim spa services are available via a unique spa suite, housing a full-service satellite spa.
