The Bank of Canada has posted four retail training videos (all available in English and French) on its YouTube channel. Designed both for training new employees and as a refresher for existing employees, the videos feature professional actors in real-life scenarios and cover: cheque and money order fraud; payment card fraud; counterfeit bank notes; and identity fraud. Business can download and embed the videos in their own or external web sites and use free training materials available from the Bank of Canada.
