KANANASKIS VILLAGE, Alta. — Marriott International has opened the fourth Canadian location of its Autograph Collection Hotels brand — The Kananaskis Mountain Lodge.
Located in the foothills of the Canadian Rockies in Alberta, The Kananaskis Mountain Lodge features 247 contemporary guestrooms, suites and lofts — many of which offer mountain views.

The Kananaskis Mountain Lodge boasts a wide range of family amenities and programming, including a year-round KananasKIDS program. The lodge is also set to feature a completely renovated indoor/outdoor hot tub, fitness room, new waterpark and expansive new playground. The property also offers full-service conference, meeting and wedding facilities with more than 18,000 sq. ft. of space and 21 rooms to choose from.
Pomeroy Lodging LP, which owns the property, invested approximately $26 million to transform the former Delta Lodge at Kananaskis, including its four restaurants. Market Café features grab-and-go breakfasts options; the Blacktail Bar lobby lounge provides hand-crafted cocktails; Forte offers homemade Italian fare; and the Cedar Room Mountain Chophouse offers classic dishes with contemporary twists in an upscale setting.
Guests can also enjoy the brand-new Kananaskis Nordic Spa — featuring four outdoor pools, six steam and sauna cabins, an exfoliation room, a salt-water float pool, heated hammocks, eight massage treatment rooms and the Two Trees Bistro — and the newly reopened Kananaskis Country Golf Course.
