VANCOUVER — Beth Walters and Richard Frank have been appointed to American Hotel Income Properties REIT LP (AHIP)’s Board of Directors.
“We are pleased to have two individuals with such strong experience and expertise in all facets of the hotel industry in Canada and the U.S. join AHIP’s Board of Directors,” said Peter Armstrong, Chairman and lead independent director, AHIP.
Walters is the president of hospitality consulting company BWC, having previously served as a national director and director for Western Canada at PKF Consulting Canada. Frank served as chief investment officer at Pillar Hotels and Resorts in Texas, SVP of Hotel Investments at Behringer Harvard and VP at AEW Capital Management and Olympus Real Estate Partners.
The appointment is effective immediately.
