PARIS — In April, Accor will become the first hospitality group to roll out Cvent’s new leisure-RFP product.

Jointly designed with the teams at Cvent, a corporate RFP-management and hospitality-technology provider, the new solution offers the functionality hotel managers and sales teams need to accelerate industry recovery and growth in this segment.

Through this partnership, Accor properties with offer the new leisure-RFP management solution starting April 15. The product will facilitate end-to-end tracking of leisure-contract creation, from making inquiries to hotels to charging rates in CRS and PMS. All the contract details will be available in the CRM tool, providing hotels and sales teams with 360-degree vision of sales activity.
