NIAGARA FALLS, Ont. — Windows by Jamie Kennedy has opened at the Sheraton on the Falls Hotel in Niagara Falls, Ont.
“Chef Kennedy brings this passion and experience to the Sheraton on the Falls Hotel, where on the 14th floor, diners will enjoy not only the finest in local cuisine, but one of the world’s most spectacular views,” reads a statement describing the fine-dining restaurant’s mandate.
Chef de cuisine Ross Midgley will honour Kennedy’s culinary style, rolling out a menu of seasonal dishes complemented by local cuisine in an evolving menu. The regional wine list has been compiled by Tony Aspler, a sommelier and Order of Canada recipient.
Kennedy is executive chef and owner of Jamie Kennedy Kitchens, which includes Gilead Cafe & Bistro, Jamie Kennedy at the Gardiner Cafe and Jamie Kennedy at the Gardiner event catering.
