MONTREAL — Old Montreal is getting a new boutique hotel, the William Gray.

Set to open this summer, William Gray includes eight floors incorporating a new glass tower set atop two historic buildings — the Maison Edward-William-Gray and Maison Cherrier.

The hotel will offer 127 guest rooms and suites, featuring local art, rich wood and floor-to-ceiling windows. The property will also offer over 10,000 sq.-ft. of event space, a 180-seat restaurant, rooftop terrace, luxury spa with outdoor pool, a boutique, café and views of Montreal’s iconic landmarks.
