VANCOUVER ― Toronto-based Colliers International Hotels has announced the sale of The Westin Grand Vancouver, located near the city’s trendy Gastown and Yaletown neighbourhoods.
A majority interest in the property was acquired by Pacific Reach Properties, an established hotel owner/operator in the Vancouver market with a growing portfolio of hotel, multi-family, commercial and retail assets under management.
The purchase price was not disclosed.
