TORONTO – After much anticipation, the Trump Hotel will open later this fall in Toronto. When it does, a new restaurant called Stock will be perched atop the 31st floor of the hotel will be part of the offerings.

The 135-seat restaurant will be helmed by culinary master Todd Clarmo as executive chef.

Envisioned and directed by Inna Levitan at Talon International Development in conjunction with renowned culinary consultant Elizabeth Blau, and the award-winning design team at II BY IV Design Associates, the dining room will marry a flawless pairing of art deco and modern, contemporary design elements and feature an exclusive loft for private dining with access to a terrace offering a breathtaking view of Toronto’s cityscape. The restaurant will offer a fine-dining experience, boasting an intimate bar and lounge, as well as an outdoor patio offering a true “dining-in-the-sky” sensibility.

Stock’s menu will offer an assortment of both traditional and epicurean offerings, with an emphasis on local product. On the wine side, Master Sommelier John Szabo has created an elite wine program, featuring select bottles that can only be found at Stock. For more information, please visit Stock Restaurant.
