TORONTO — A nine-foot tall gingerbread house is on display in the main lobby of The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto for the second year.

Boasting sugar windows and more than 250 lbs. of royal icing, the giant confection also features an indoor faux fireplace, holiday movies and a complimentary candy station. At nearly 11-feet wide and made entirely in-house by the hotel’s pastry team, the Ritz-Carlton, Toronto Gingerbread House took approximately 500 hours to construct.

Also available during the holiday season, the Nutcracker Tea returns to DEQ Lounge every weekend in December and features themed decor and a delectable assortment of goodies and handcrafted teas by Master Tea sommelier, Hoda Paripoush.
