TORONTO — Temple Hotels Inc., a Winnipeg-based real-estate investment company, has recently acquired a portfolio of three full-service hotels in Nova Scotia for $87.5 million.

The deal is comprised of the Prince George Hotel in Halifax, which features 203 guestrooms, two restaurants, a lounge and 5,900 sq. ft. of meeting space; Cambridge Suites Hotel Halifax, which features 200 guestrooms and 3,000 sq. ft. of meeting space and Cambridge Suites Hotel Sydney in Sydney, N.S., which features 145 guestrooms, a restaurant, lounge and 1,500 sq. ft. of meeting space.
