SEATTLE — The Seattle Airport Marriott, recently acquired by AWH Partners, will be managed by Spire Hospitality, which will be in charge of managing future renovation plans for the 459-room property, finishing current renovations of the lobby, restaurant and public spaces, incorporating the new Marriott guestroom package and redesigning the property’s existing 15,000-sq.-ft. atrium to add more space for meetings and special events.

“With this agreement, Spire Hospitality now manages three prominent properties in the Seattle market and one in Portland, Ore., leveraging our resources and showcasing a strong foothold within the Pacific Northwest region,” says Bill DeForrest, president and CEO of Spire Hospitality. “Our team is honoured and excited to expand our connection with the Marriott brand family on this property, located in a thriving market.”

With this new deal, Spire Hospitality now manages a total of 6,293 rooms and nearly 400,000 sq.ft. of meeting space.
