OTTAWA — The Sheraton Cavalier Saskatoon Hotel was named Employer of the Year at last week’s Tourism Industry Association of Canada’s (TIAC) 2015 Canadian Tourism Awards.

It was recognized along with several tourism destinations such as Rocky Mountaineer in Vancouver and The Canadian Museum for Human Rights in Winnipeg, a group that gathered last week at The Westin Ottawa to toast winners in 14 different categories.

The Sheraton Cavalier Saskatoon Hotel was presented with InnVest REIT Tourism Employer of the Year Award. “This is a great honour to have been recognized by TIAC for the contribution Sheraton Cavalier Saskatoon has on our local community and to tourism in Canada,” says Dale Grant, GM. “Our team fosters an environment where associates can learn, develop and hone their skills while providing an outstanding guest experience. Our commitment to our staff goes a long way in retaining our current employees and building an environment that makes people want to work for us.”
