WINDSOR, Ont. — The Ontario Restaurant Hotel & Motel Association’s (ORHMA) Windsor Chapter, in partnership with the CCFCC Culinary Guild of Windsor, held its first Hospitality Awards of Excellence Gala last week. The even celebrated Windsor, Ont.’s hospitality industry and recognized the local shining stars.
Several awards were presented throughout the evening, including a number of people’s choice awards. Award winners include:
Penalty Box — Restaurant of the Year 2017
Carrots N Dates — New Restaurant of the Year 2017
Caesars Windsor — Accommodations Facility of the Year (Windsor) 2017
Quality Inn Leamington — Accommodations Facility of the Year (Essex/Kent) 2017
Colonial Coffee — Supplier of the Year 2017
During the gala, the ORHMA also introduced of the Best Bar None (BBN) program in Windsor and named Ariius Night Club & Ultralounge first accredited BBN venue in the region.
