TORONTO — Marc Cassier is the new director of Conference Services and Catering at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.
The former director of Catering & Convention Services at the Westin Charlotte will drive brand consistency in Conference and Catering services across the Fairmont portfolio and enhance the overall experience for meeting planner partners.
