TORONTO — Chef Kevin Sinclair is a new addition to the team at the luxury lifestyle Thompson Toronto hotel.

“We selected Kevin because of his impressive résumé and remarkable vision for the property,” said Jeff Waters, GM of Thompson Toronto. “Kevin has exhibited a passion for culinary excellence, and he has developed a culinary program featuring seasonal ingredients that will truly wow diners.”

Sinclair has garnered international experience from renowned establishments such as Fabbrica in Toronto and Hotel Plaza Athénée in Paris where he worked with acclaimed chef Alain Ducasse.

The toque and his team will be producing avante-garde fare for the different outlets of the hotel, including the lobby bar, the Thompson diner, the rooftop lounge, the ballroom and the catering facilities. “Thompson Toronto presents a diverse culinary landscape,” said Sinclair. “Our aim is to create unique dining experiences, offering menus that are innovative and contemporary, while honouring the style and flare of our vibrant King West neighbourhood.
