TORONTO — Kenneth M. Greene has been named president and CEO of Delta Hotels and Resorts, and is set to assume his new role in September.

“Ken has a strong track record in leading the strategic growth of global hotel brands,” said Kevin Mahoney, chairman, Delta Hotels and Resorts. “His appointment as president and CEO strongly supports [the] British Columbia Investment Management Corporation’s commitment to Delta’s continued growth and to continuing its strong tradition as the Canadian hotel brand of choice for employees, guests and hotel owners.”

Greene was most recently president and managing director, Asia Pacific Region, for the Wyndham Hotel Group, and, prior to that, held senior financial, strategic planning and development leadership roles a various companies, including Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates, Inc. Greene’s background in brand management, development and investment banking will help him guide Delta’s growth strategy.
