LONDON, U.K. — Knowcross has announced a partnership with The Hoxton Group that will see the Knowcross platform rolled out across Hoxton hotels.

In all the Hoxton hotels — Hoxton Shoreditch, Hoxton Holborn, Hoxton Amsterdam and Hoxton Paris — the Knowcross platform will be used to automate the handling of guest requests, complaints and maintenance jobs, and to help in capturing, tracking and reducing service breakdown, and streamline daily housekeeping activities.

“Knowcross has helped us streamline our operation by maximizing efficiency within our housekeeping and engineering departments,” says Stephen Lloyd, managing director, The Hoxton. “The whole process is very straightforward and it has given us the tools to be able to analyze glitches on a regular basis, which in turn has helped us to improve quality and our guest experience.”

The Knowcross platform includes Know Service, Know Housekeeping, Know Glitch, Know Mobile, Know Inspection and Know Maintenance. The platform is cloud-based, supports multiple languages and allows for customization to suit the specific needs of each hotel.
