OAKVILLE, Ont. — The team at Howard Johnson Canada Franchise Systems Limited has announced plans to sponsor the Harlem Globetrotters for the fifth consecutive year.
As part of the initiative, the hotel company has donated 500 Harlem Globetrotters game vouchers to The Children’s Wish Foundation of Canada. “We are delighted to work with the Children’s Wish team again and look forward to seeing many happy smiling faces at each of the Harlem Globetrotters games across Canada,” said Glen Blake, president and CEO. “Our commitment to making life just a little happier is a very significant part of our brand and our culture”.
The Harlem Globetrotters Canadian tour begins Jan. 14 in Winnipeg and ends April 14 in Regina.
