MCLEAN, Va.— Hilton Worldwide, based in Virginia, has announced the expansion of Hilton Huanying — a customized hospitality experience program for Chinese travellers — to more than 110 properties globally.
“Huanying is an essential part of the Hilton hospitality promise, welcoming Chinese travellers with a level of service and personalization we know they expect and enjoy,” said Rob Palleschi, global head at Virginia-based Hilton Worldwide.”
Hilton has updated the Huanying program amenities and service standards to meet the needs of the modern day Chinese traveller while delivering the comfort of home. This includes the expansion of traditional breakfast options and a 24-hour interpretation service for Mandarin speaking guests keeping in line with three signature hospitality touchpoints: arrival experience, guestroom amenities and the breakfast experience.
