LONDON, U.K. — Hilton has launched a “vegan suite” at Hilton London Bankside in London, U.K.
The suite — created in partnership with Bompas & Parr and approved by The Vegan Society — offers a vegan experience throughout, from a plant-based check-in desk and keycard to vegan-friendly bedding and eco-cotton carpet.
Responding to evolving values, the suite underwent a complete refurbishment to align with plant-based lifestyles and offer a boutique, luxurious and welcoming experience for ethically conscious travellers.
The hotel’s vegan experience features botanical artwork; seating made of Piñatex — a vegan-friendly leather made from the pineapple cellulose; bamboo flooring; a mini-bar stocked with locally-sourced vegan treats; a plant-based in-room menu; Prija toiletries; vanity- and nail-kit made with recycled packaging; and vegan-friendly stationery kit. Housekeeping has also been given an eco-friendly refresh, using nature inspired, non-toxic and non-animal-tested cleaning products, as well as environmentally friendly detergent for linens.
