MONT-TREMBLANT, Que. — Cédric Grenon, owner of Habitations Luma, has acquired the first lots at Gray Rocks Hotel in Mont-Tremblant, Que. as part of a planned revitalization project.

“My goal is to revive the history of the Gray Rocks estate and make it a unique and timeless global resort, just like this destination that is deeply rooted in the collective memory of the citizens of our beautiful region,” says Grenon.

The Gray Rocks ski resort, which was the first ski centre in the Laurentians, closed nearly a decade ago. At this point, no definitive development project has been confirmed for the site.
