TORONTO — The last few days have been marked by the opening of two luxury hotel properties in Toronto. Last week, the Shangri-La was unveiled, and today Toronto’s Four Seasons Hotel was christened in a new location.

Both hotels feature much-anticipated dining options. At the 259-room Four Seasons, international restaurateur Daniel Boulud is the face behind Café Boulud and dbar. Meanwhile, at the 202-room Shangri-La, Bosk is the signature restaurant-hotel led by chef Jean Paul Lourdes, and David Chang is the name behind the hotel’s Momofuku Noodle Bar.

Both properties offer luxury accommodations and suites as well as spaces for meetings, weddings and other social occasions.

In the coming weeks, stay tuned to Hotelier and Hoteliermagainze.com for more details on these new luxury properties.
