NEW YORK — Hyatt Hotels, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, Hilton Hotels and Marriott International have been announced as Top-15 finalists for Great Place to Work and Fortune magazine’s Best Workplaces for Women in 2018 list.
Hyatt and Kimpton Hotels ranked number-6 and number-7 respectively, while Hilton and Marriott International locked up the 14th and 15th spots.
Providing a variety of resources and programs aimed at attracting, developing and supporting women, the companies were ranked based on their size, workforce make up and what’s typical in their industry and region. Considered companies also needed to employ at least 50 women, at least 20-per-cent of their non-executive managers needed to be female and at least one of their executives also had to be female.
