ST. JOHN’S, N.L. — Fortis Properties Corporation has purchased the Station Park All Suite Hotel in London, Ont.

“The Station Park All Suite Hotel is a solid performer in the London market, with an established history of providing outstanding guest customer service and support to the local community,” said Nora Duke, president and CEO, of the Newfoundland-based company. 

Located in downtown London amongst business, entertainment and shopping venues, the hotel has 126 guestrooms and 1,800 square feet of meeting space. “This hotel complements our existing portfolio and further enhances our position in the southwestern Ontario market,” said Duke.

Fortis Properties will undertake $1.5 million in capital investments over the next two years to further enhance the property and improve guest experience at the hotel.

Duke has welcomed the staff at the hotel and says her company is eager to continue working with them.

With the addition of the Station Park All Suite Hotel, Fortis Properties owns and operate 23 hotels, representing 4,430 rooms, in eight Canadian provinces. The Company also owns commercial properties, primarily in Atlantic Canada.
