TORONTO — Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is mixing up its global cocktail program that celebrates quality and craftsmanship.

The Toronto-based chain introduced its Classics. Perfected. menu, with the help of mixologists Grant Sceney from Fairmont Pacific Rim, Nader Chaabaane from Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, Erik Lorincz from The Savoy and Tom Hogan from Fairmont Singapore. “This is much bigger than a new menu,” said Jane Mackie, VP, Fairmont Brand. “It’s about shaping and sharing Fairmont cocktail culture with our neighbours and visiting guests in over 20 countries.”

The menu features classics, revived classics and “neats,” made with spirits such as Remy Martin VSOP Fine Champagne Cognac, Belvedere Vodka, Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label, The Botanist Islay Dry Gin, Bombay Sapphire, Gentleman Jack Rare Tennessee Whiskey, Woodford Reserve Distillers Select, Cointreau, Mount Gay Rum, Casamigos Tequila and Louis XIII.

Cocktails will be served in Schott Zwiesel crystal glassware, distributed by global partner Fortessa, to further elevate this offering.
