TORONTO — Fairmont guests will be sipping on micro-brewed coffee from Alabama, thanks to a new partnership between the Toronto-based company and micro-roaster H.C. Valentine Company.

“Our goal is to deliver a premium experience with a personalized touch; offering an exclusive micro-roasting brew ensures that promise is honoured in each batch of fresh coffee brewed on the property,” said Brett Patterson, VP of Food & Beverage, Americas at FRHI Hotels & Resorts, the parent company of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. “H.C. Valentine Coffee Company is the right choice for our hotels, because it provides guests with a quality artisanal coffee experience that will enhance their stay.”

The new coffee program encompasses one-of-a-kind brews, Fair Trade blends and single-origin varietals. Within a few days of being roasted, the beans are delivered to the hotel and freshly ground, then served immediately. The program will be rolled out to North American properties.
