TORONTO — Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is welcoming the new year with more hotel openings, and its sights are set on Jaipur, India; Kyiv, Ukraine; and Baku, Azerbaijan.
The Fairmont Jaipur will feature 100 guestrooms, including a Fairmont Gold product, with 38 luxury guestrooms and private lounge facilities as well as a Willow Stream Spa. Fairmont Grand Hotel Kyiv will accommodate a classic design with 257 rooms and a champagne bar. The Fairmont Baku, part of the Flame Towers in a turreted, multi-use building, will include 318 guestrooms, a Fairmont Gold product and a design scheme reflective of the city’s unique heritage and culture.

The three hotels are part of the brand’s plan to launch five hotel projects in 2012.
