BETHESDA, Md. — Delta Hotels by Marriott has plan to double the brand’s growth in the next two years.

The brand, which was acquired by Marriott International in 2015, has become the fastest growing brands in the Marriott International portfolio. Since joining the company, the brand has grown its portfolio from 30 properties in Canada to more than 40 hotels. The brand also boasts an additional 20 signed pipeline properties including new entries into Asia and the U.S., including major gateway cities such as Dallas, Shanghai and Seattle.

Delta Hotels entered the U.S. market last year with the opening of Delta Hotels Orlando Lake Buena Vista. The brand has since added five additional U.S. locations, including Delta Hotels Baltimore Hunt Valley, Delta Hotels Baltimore Inner Harbor, Delta Hotels Chesapeake, Delta Hotels Chicago North Shore and Delta Hotels Fargo.

“Delta Hotels has become a development powerhouse with new presences in the U.S. and Asia in the last year that gives guests more ways to experience this exciting brand,” says Gregory Durrer, global brand leader, Delta Hotels. “Our model is simple. We know what our guests want and because of that Delta’s intuitive design and service enables guests to focus on what’s important.”
