VANCOUVER — Craig Norris-Jones has left his post as VP of Operations at Coast Hotels & Resorts to become the new GM of the Pan Pacific Hotel Vancouver.
“We were very focused on making sure we found someone with an unwavering commitment to the guest experience, and to our associates, and [we] feel Craig is an excellent fit for us. Both Ocean Pacific Hotels Ltd. and Pan Pacific Hotel and Resorts are delighted that Craig has chosen to join our team,” said Zul Somani, a representative from Ocean Pacific Hotels Ltd., which owns the property.
Norris-Jones spent more than 25 years with Coast Hotels & Resorts. He helped expand the company into
Western Canada and the U.S. He’s also been the regional GM for Coast properties in British Columbia as well as GM of the Coast Plaza Hotel & Suites in Vancouver.
