TORONTO — Colliers International Hotels has announced the sale of an institutionally owned four-hotel portfolio to three buyers in separate transactions.
The 252-room Holiday Inn in St. John’s and Sarnia, Ont.’s 216-room Holiday Inn were sold to Toronto-based Sunray Group for an undisclosed amount.
The 210-room Ramada Plaza Calgary Airport was purchased by North Vancouver’s Kudos Holdings Inc., while the 190-room Holiday Inn Express in Kelowna, B.C. was sold to B.C.-based BCMI Group of Companies.
