TORONTO — As the buzz surrounding this month’s opening of Shangri-La Toronto grows, there’s news that the hotel will house Bosk, a signature restaurant-hotel to be led by chef Jean Paul Lourdes, reports the National Post.

Lourdes has worked at Michelin-starred restaurants in France and Japan, including Les Maisons de Bricourt and Pierre Gagnaire in France, Kikunoi, Les Créations de Narisawa and Nihonryori-Ryugin in Japan. The chef will create a kaiseki style menu at the 50-seat dining room, reports Ann Rosen of the Post.
